Arrival and departure

  • When can I arrive?

    You can arrive at the pitches with a prior booking from 1 p.m. If you arrive spontaneously, please note our opening times.

  • Until when can I arrive?

    The barrier opens until 11 p.m. If you book in advance, you can arrive until 11 p.m. regardless of our opening times.

  • When does departure have to take place?

    The pitches are available until 12:30 p.m.

  • Can I book a late departure?

    Our parking spaces are available to our guests upon arrival from 1 p.m. and upon departure until 12:30 p.m. If you would like to leave later, this is only possible by booking a subsequent night.


WLAN

  • Is the WiFi available everywhere?

    You receive our WiFi on all parking spaces and at the rental properties.

  • Can I stream using WiFi?

    Yes, that's basically not a problem. Of course, there may be restrictions if there is high occupancy.


Dogs

  • Do you allow dogs?

    Your four-legged companions are welcome guests with us. We have a fenced-in exercise area and a dog shower for your dogs. Free dog waste bags are a matter of course for us and are available for you in dispensers on the campsite.

  • Can I put up a dog fence?

    Yes you can. If you don't have your own dog fence, you can also rent one from us for 2.50 euros per day.

  • Is the number of dogs limited?

    No, you can bring as many dogs as you like. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us. Therefore, it goes without saying that consideration is given to non-dog owners.


I have to cancel my vacation...

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    So that we and you can plan, we have anchored cancellation rules in our terms and conditions. You can find these here.

  • What does your travel cancellation protection include?

    We offer you the opportunity to take out travel cancellation protection during your booking process. The fee is 5% of the travel price. This protects you against cancellation fees in the event of illness or the death of a close relative (first degree). You can find more details in our terms and conditions.

  • The weather is so bad...

    Unfortunately, this reason is the most common reason for cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the weather and not every camper likes the same weather.

  • I don't want to book in advance at all.

    This is not necessary either. Many campers especially like the feeling of freedom of being able to go wherever they want to be. Spontaneous arrivals are no problem at all for us - as long as we have space. But in some periods it is advisable to book early in order to be able to get a place with us.

  • Is there a last minute cancellation option?

    We have been offering you this option in the booking process since February 27, 2024. You can then cancel your booking free of charge and without giving reasons up to 24 hours before arrival. However, this option must be selected during the booking process. It is not possible to add this option later.


Do you offer long-term camping?

  • Long-term camping - is that possible for you?

    Yes, in addition to annual and seasonal pitches, we also offer winter pitches.

  • How much does a permanent place cost for you?

    Annual pitch: from 89,-€ per month plus electricity and waste disposal fee. 


    Seasonal pitch: from 125,-€ per month plus electricity and waste disposal fee. 


    Winter pitch: from 59,-€ per month plus electricity and waste disposal fee.

  • Can I register my primary residence with you?

    No, we don't allow that.


During the stay...

  • Do I need coins for the showers?

    No, you can use the showers without coins.

  • Can I have a barbecue at your place?

    But of course. That's just part of camping. We allow gas, electric and charcoal grills. On our tent meadow you will also find cozy barbecue facilities for use in a larger group.

  • Do you have a restaurant on site?

    In addition to breakfast, cocktails and cold and warm drinks, we also offer tarte flambée and pizza. Whether to take away or to eat on site on our outdoor terrace.

  • Do you have a bread roll service?

    Yes, we offer that. Please order the rolls you want from us at reception or in the app the day before.
